Since opening its first restaurant in 1987, B.R. Guest founder Stephen Hanson and his team have redefined the restaurant experience through an emphasis on hospitality and quality. Coconut Grill, B.R. Environmental Stewardship In early 2007, Hanson inked a deal with hospitality giant Barry Sternlicht which appoints B.R. Guest as the exclusive restaurateur in Sternlicht’s '1' Hotel and Residences, the first luxury, eco-friendly global hotel brand. In June 2007, B.R. Guest took its obligation to the environment one step further by becoming the first national multi-concept restaurant group to be certified Green by the Green Restaurant Association™ for its incorporation of sustainable practices within the restaurants. The Future Current plans for 2007 will focus on continued growth with the company's current concepts. We are pleased to announce our steakhouse concept, Primehouse, has opened to the public for lunch and dinner. Located at 381 Park Avenue South at 27th Street, Primehouse New York features an outdoor café and a private dining room as well as an on-premise salt-tiled aging room. Later this winter Dos Caminos Las Vegas opens in the Palazzo at the Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino bringing the sleek, sophisticated modern Mexican fare of Dos Caminos to the Las Vegas Strip. Sixteen properties later (and growing), B.R. Guest is one of the most successful hospitality groups in the country - a testament to the foresight, dedication and passion of the entire B.R.
